Thorsten Habermeier regiert als Totti I., \u201eder Narr vom Ort, von Feuerwehr, Stusa und Motorsport\u201c Warendorfs Karnevalisten. F\u00fcr den 46-J\u00e4hrigen geht damit ein lang gehegter Traum in Erf\u00fcllung, der seinen Ursprung in der Kindheit des Emsst\u00e4dters hat. Mit den Jahren reifte der Wunsch zur festen Absicht. Am Samstagabend dann proklamierte die Warendorfer Karnevalsgesellschaft (WaKaGe) den Berufsfeuerwehrmann am Ende eines glanzvollen Galaabends zum neuen Narrenoberhaupt.<\/span><\/p>\n
